Loans and Programs
Preservation loans are open to eligible borrowers that make a long term commitment to operating the property as affordable housing, thereby allowing thousands of low-income Oregonians the opportunity to live in safe, stable homes.
The Oregon Housing Acquisition Fund currently offers two loan programs and the Green Pilot Program which offers funding and grants to help integrate green and sustainable building practices into the renovation of Preservation properties, in order to minimize operating costs and improve tenant health in rehabilitated homes.
